Hi, I’m Eileen Martin – a believer, a storyteller, and your photographer for life’s most cherished moments.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Purdue University, where I developed a keen eye for detail and a love for creative expression. My background in design deeply influences my approach to photography, allowing me to bring a unique perspective to every session.

But above all, my faith shapes who I am. As a Christian-based photographer, I’m passionate about capturing the beauty in God’s creation – from the joy of a wedding day to the small, intimate moments that often go unnoticed. I believe in the power of photography to tell a deeper story, one filled with love, grace, and authenticity.

Currently based in the Chicago suburbs with my husband, Nathaniel, I find inspiration in the people I meet and the stories I’m entrusted to tell. Whether you’re looking for lifestyle photography, portraits, or event coverage, I’m here to capture those special moments that reflect the heart of your journey.

I’d love to get to know you and be part of capturing your story. Feel free to explore my portfolio and reach out if my style speaks to you.

A bit more about me…

Design Enthusiast – With a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Purdue University, I enjoy blending creativity and functionality in both my design projects and photography.

Faith-Focused – As a Christian, my faith is at the core of everything I do. I strive to capture life’s special moments as a reflection of God’s love and beauty.

Nature Lover – When I’m not behind the camera, I’m often out hiking, practicing yoga, or soaking up the outdoors. Nature is one of my biggest sources of inspiration and peace.

Coffee Enthusiast – I’m always on the lookout for new coffee spots and perfecting my own brewing techniques. A good cup of coffee fuels both my creativity and my day-to-day adventures.

Plant Mom – My home is filled with plants that bring a little bit of nature indoors. Taking care of them has become a relaxing, rewarding hobby that helps me stay grounded.

Why?

Why Photography?

I fell in love with photography at a young age, captivated by the ability to capture people and their stories. My passion deepened through product photography and film and digital courses during my Industrial Design degree.

Upon graduation, I felt called to take a leap of faith and focus on photography full-time. Now, I cherish the opportunity to create authentic images that celebrate life’s precious moments and the unique stories we all share.
